Late Charges on Loan

1	Late Charge Payment	A late charge shall be levied on any overdue installments and loan interest on balance released progressively remained unpaid calculated at 2% above prevailing loan interest but not exceeding 150% of the prevailing loan interest rate.
2	Reminder Fee	For any reminder letter issued for overdue loan shall be charged for USD5.00 per reminder.
3	Penalty Interest Rate	If the account turns to non-performing loan, the pricing would be automatically increased to 2% above prevailing facility interest rate on the entire outstanding amount but not exceeding 150% of the prevailing loan interest rate.

Settlement Fees on Loan

1	Early Loan Settlement Fee	Any Loan offered which is settled within 3 years from date of full disbursement, variation of the loan approved, or amendment on agreement shall be charged 3% of original loan approved amount.
2	Non-Performing Loan Settlement Fee	Legal Fee is including lawyer fee and any related payment paid by bank to file petition in court. Payment to court department: Court fee, property inspection fee and 2% of loan amount or amount fixed by court charged to the party who lose the case.
